Welcome to our website for The Roundhouse. We are located between the village of Blackford and the world famous Gleneagles Hotel Resort sits The Roundhouse, a luxury self catering cottage. A conversion of an old barn featuring a unique roundhouse sitting room. The house can sleep 7. On the first floor is 1 x Kingsized bedroom with ensuite shower room, a Kingsized bedroom and a twin bedded room, both sharing a large family bathroom with corner bath and walk in shower. On the ground floor there is a single bedroom that is beside a cloakroom.

There is a fully newly refurbished luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a double gas and electric cooking range. A dining table that seats 7 with all cutlery and cooking utensil needed.
Also on the ground floor is a utility room with separate washer and a condenser tumble drier.
A starter housekeeping kit is also there, consisting of dish washing tablets, toilet rolls and basic cleaning materials.
Before you arrive
Our check in days and times are Fridays from 4pm. Our check out times are by 10am.
You can arrange a delivery of shopping from Tesco/Asda/Morrisons/Sainsburys and Waitrose, which we can unpack and store for you ready for your arrival. Details of delivery address are as that of the house address.
The Roundhouse receives good 4g and we have installed a system giving free wi fi throughout the house.Please note the wifi speed can vary dependant on weather conditions on rare occasions, it is a good strength but remember it will not be as fast as your home setup.
Current levels of Covid may appear to be falling, but we kindly ask you to continue to take use of all precautions we provide . A hand sanitiser as you enter , wipes in various areas of the house. We ask you wash your hands as thoroughly as you would at home and dispose of litter responsibly.
